Amer has a B.S. in Kinesiology (health fitness Specialist) from East Carolina University. Additionally, he has been recognized as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), and a Certified Personal training (CPT) from NSCA, a Level 1 coach by USA Weightlifting and continuing to grow in knowledge. Right now Amer is the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning at Cardinal Gibbons Highschool, in addition in scholastic strength and conditioning Amer runs his business out as rental space at various spots throughout Raleigh where he runs adult and general population strength and condition as well as specialized athletes program, finally Amer is currently coaching at one of Raleigh Hottest HIIT and Functional brand F45 olde Raleigh where he takes his clients to new heights in fitness and intense programmed workouts.

Coaching Objectives

To train athletes and clients at the highest level possible. To educate, coach, and lead athletes and clients through planned strength and conditioning, functional stability, mobility, flexibility, and proper techniques of weight lifting, human movement, and exercise. To improve quality of life, improve athletic performance, and help reduce injuries and chronic illness in the community and individuals all around.

When training with Coach Amer you will understand what your body needs, how it needs to move, and why the certain progression and workload is happening. Everyone training with coach Amer will have a program directed at their personal goals, but more importantly, a program that creates confidence, builds up knowledge, and helps progress the client and athlete to a lifestyle of better health, fitness, and achieved goals.
