I have been training with Amer for two years now and continue to recommend him to my friends and family. Amer is truly passionate about what he does and about the needs and goals of his clients. Rather than a one size fits all approach, Amer spends a lot of time creating a program specifically for you. He WILL get you stronger, but in a safe way that’s right for your body type. He is very educated and explains not just he “how” but the “why” you do what you do. He is very engaged with his clients, both in and out of the gym. Through my journey with Amer, I’ve been able to do things I never thought I could do and have become more confident. I’ve been transforming my life with Amer’s help for a year now, and most importantly, have changed the way I look at exercising and conditioning. I have gotten exponentially stronger, lost inches, and gained a new level of confidence in my abilities to do an exercise correctly. Large groups are groups of 6 to 10 people at most
We meet once or twice a week and locations can vary.
This will be highly programmed and will include personal progressions and regressions, it will follow a periodized sports program training, so each week will be a progress of the week before; moreover, the program changes to hit different targets every 6 weeks, as that allows our body to go through the changes it needs to optimize performance.
Best environment to develop training skills at a planned pace, progressive weekly workouts. You will still get the personal touch needed, the coaching to create the understanding of movement pattern, and knowledge to be able more independent to reach your personal goals.
My coaching experience allowed me to work with many sports teams and small group setting, where the environment needed much control as the pace had to be dedicated. The small group setting is the best setting for many clients to help them move, train, think, and prepare like athletes who take care of their bodies and health.

If you are looking to save while still getting a lot of personal attention this is the best option.
Same as one on one training, but allows the chance to bring a friend, spouse, or a partner.
Even if there is a quite a difference in fitness levels and goals, the personal touch will make two or same workout happen at the same time; moreover, there will be added element of accountability as it is partner training.

In one on one training, you will gain knowledge on why you have a program, how it is best to approach your goals, gain tools and education to help understand the fitness realm and avoid unnecessary information that saturates the fitness world.
By working with a highly certified strength and conditioning coach you will understand that getting to your fitness and health goals is a lifestyle built on knowledge and correct movement literacy. There will programmed progression, and each 4 to 6 weeks the program will hit certain goals that are built on from the previous program. There won’t be a single day you come in where you do any exercise that does not have a purpose.
